our story


Started her wellness and fitness journey back in (2012). She first attended to a Stott Pilates Course and became a
– Stott Pilates certified instructor (2014).
Following her passion for knowledge and success, she attended to one of the most important courses a fitness trainer must have
– (ISP course) Injuries and special population course. (2015)
Few years of success and finding more knowledge out there to be cultivated, started her yoga journey with a 200 hours, followed by 300 hours and another 300 hours (total 800 hours of education) with various Indian yoga schools and teachers.
Organized and was the Lead Trainer at tens of Teachers training programs and graduated over 350 Certified Yoga Teachers in and outside Egypt.
Cinderella is an ERYT 500 with yoga alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher. She is also a registered YACEP (Yoga alliance continuous education program). Cinderella is an LT Lead trainer at many yoga alliances Schools.
She conducted many workshops either for yoga teachers or practitioners successfully and delivered the highest safety and practicing standards to her students. Worth mentioning she attended to many workshops, with foreign and domestic teachers:
Pilates with medicine ball – Yoga Therapy – Ayurveda – Massage – Yoga Nidra – Iyengar Yoga – Hip opening workshop – Prenatal Yoga and Pilates – Yoga for kids and more to count..

Cinderella is the fitness events manager at the Cinderella for sports and recreational events an officially registered company in Egypt.
